We are partners in life and in business, and we are passionate about serving others.
When we set out on our own “I do” journey, we struggled to identify with wedding tradition. We wanted our day to be about us and our story, but in planning a wedding it felt like the focus was about creating an experience for other people. The purpose of proclaiming our commitment to each other felt lost in the stress of planning the event. After planning multiple different wedding days (we’re looking at you Covid), we felt more disconnected from the purpose of our wedding than we ever had before.
There’s another way to say “I do,” and there is no mold you have to follow in getting there.
WE WISH SOMEONE HAD TOLD US YEARS AGO:
As a couple we value experiences that reflect our love for adventure and shared discovery. We spent years finding a wedding experience that felt like “us” and honored our journey as a couple. Quite literally years in fact, we were engaged for seven! It took us some time, but it was worth the wait: we discovered the intentional path to the wedding experience we desired.

"I am a firm believer that your wedding day should be as fun and stress-free as possible. Why not start your honeymoon energy early and make your wedding day all about you and instead of a huge party for other people? If a traditional wedding isn't for you, I 100% vote that you throw it out the window and do things your way."

"To support all couples who aspire to celebrate their wedding day in a way that truly means something to them. I want to empower my clients as they discover what that experience looks like for themselves, advocate for their vision. and photograph the magic of when they live out their I do adventure for real."
WHY I DO THIS
For our wedding, we designed a purpose-driven three-day adventure in and around the ethereal forest where we first met. We enjoyed a mellow stay at a cozy AirBnb, savoring each other's company, delicious food, and zero wedding stress whatsoever. We were joined by Jasper's daughter and a dear friend who officiated our wedding, and were privileged to say "I do" in a magically wild space.
The admiration I have for Emma is immense! She did an amazing job making us feel comfortable and was so sweet. She has a passion for this job that shows so openly in her work. She treated my whole family like her own and made a new bestie in my niece who gladly accepted all the hand warmers Emma could give her. Our wedding day was truly made better by Emma and I could not recommend her more.
"She treated my whole family like her own"
My husband and I couldn't be happier with our elopement experience with Emma. We felt so comfortable and the posing felt effortless. She was open and accommodating to our ideas as well. She was so kind and patient with our 3 children, especially our 4-year old. The final pictures were better than we could've hoped for. My favorites were the candid moments taken in between. I know anybody who works with Emma in the future will be just as happy as we are.

Emma shot our engagement and wedding pictures. Throughout every step of the process she was kind, helpful, and professional. She took the time to find out what we wanted from the experience and totally delivered. She was able to get both beautifully artistic posed photos and sentimental candids. These are pictures I will treasure my whole life. My favorite is she caught a picture of my sister/maid of honor and I holding hands. It’s something that many photographers wouldn’t have noticed but it was such a small precious moment and I’m so glad she captured it. I can’t recommend letsgosig enough.

Emma has completely blown me away with not only her artistic capability, but also her kindness and ability to create a warm and fun environment. The attention to detail was my favorite aspect. I expressed to her the things that were important to me (My jewelry, the sun) and she made those aspects shine. Not only did she create beautiful art with her photos, but the packaging they came in was art in itself. I have never been more pleased by the quality of someone’s work. She will not only create lovely images for you to have, but also such a lovely experience.

The entire elopement Emma knew exactly what we wanted, She captured mine and my husbands special day so perfectly and I couldn't ever imagine ANYONE else doing that amazing of a job. She even had tissues in her back pack for all the crying AND bobby pins to help my wild hairs that were coming out of place from all the wind. She even went as far as ordering clear umbrellas for all our guests just in case it rained that day. She is beyond prepared for any situation that may arise and that in itself has to be noticed and appreciated because those were things I would have never thought about ahead of time.

Where to start? Omg! Her photos are absolutely beautiful! She was quick to respond to any questions via email or text. She was also very understanding and sympathetic. I have dysphoria due to medical problems altering my body over the years and has left me with low self esteem. Though I was a nervous wreck, she was welcoming and very sweet and help me relax so the photos felt more natural. I couldn't help but laugh and smile throughout.

Emma was wonderful to work with! She was communicative, thoughtful, and did a great job of making us comfortable (obviously a very important part of being our photographer!) She helped us come up with a good timeline for the day and scoped out our ceremony site beforehand to help make sure we ended up with the best possible elopement experience. We ended up with some really lovely photos to help us remember our day, and we had a blast taking them.
